Isto porque esse desejo, muitas vezes, pode acabar por se tornar uma compuls\u00e3o e prejudicar a sa\u00fade.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Sente que precisa de ajuda para controlar a vontade de comer doces, mas n\u00e3o sabe por onde come\u00e7ar? Calma. Apostar em algumas atitudes simples no dia a dia pode ser a chave para a mudan\u00e7a e para a modera\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u201cOs doces n\u00e3o s\u00e3o proibidos, mas devemos refletir e fazer boas escolhas, possibilitando escolher um snack mais saud\u00e1vel e que acarrete benef\u00edcios para a sa\u00fade\u201d, explica Carolina Pimentel, nutricionista e membro do Conselho Consultivo de Nutri\u00e7\u00e3o da Herbalife Nutrition, em declara\u00e7\u00f5es \u00e0 revista GQ.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Leia Tamb\u00e9m: Tem um apetite de le\u00e3o? Segundo a profissional, essa vontade incontrol\u00e1vel pode ser fisiol\u00f3gica, j\u00e1 que o a\u00e7\u00facar (hidrato de carbono) \u00e9 a principal fonte de energia usada pelo corpo, principalmente pelo c\u00e9rebro.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Dicas para controlar a vontade de comer doces<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Para manter a compuls\u00e3o por doces sob controlo e adotar uma alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o mais saud\u00e1vel, Carolina Pimentel d\u00e1 os seguintes conselhos:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">1. Coma doces na hora certa<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Evite consumi-los em jejum. \u201cO melhor momento para comer um doce \u00e9 sempre ap\u00f3s as refei\u00e7\u00f5es. E por estar saciado, provavelmente, vai comer em menor quantidade\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">2. Fa\u00e7a boas escolhas<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Que tal escolher uma sobremesa saud\u00e1vel \u00e0 base de fruta? \u201cDoce de banana, compotas ou frutas em calda saciam a vontade por doces e ainda oferecem vitaminas, fibras e outros nutrientes para o organismo\u201d, sugere a nutricionista.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Outra op\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00e3o os doces com frutos secos, j\u00e1 que as gorduras boas diminuem a velocidade de absor\u00e7\u00e3o do a\u00e7\u00facar, e as barras de prote\u00edna. \u201cNo entanto, se n\u00e3o abdica do chocolate, prefira as vers\u00f5es com mais cacau. O chocolate preto \u00e9 rico em antioxidantes, que ajudam a proteger a sa\u00fade do cora\u00e7\u00e3o, al\u00e9m de serem aliados da imunidade e da pele\u201d, explica.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">3. Coma pequenas por\u00e7\u00f5es<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Comer doces em pequenas quantidades vai ajud\u00e1-lo a matar o desejo. Que tal dividi-lo com um amigo? Al\u00e9m disso, ingerindo esses alimentos de forma moderada diminui a probabilidade de vir a desenvolver uma compuls\u00e3o por a\u00e7\u00facar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">4. Evite ingerir hidratos de carbono simples<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Alimentos ricos em carboidratos simples, como p\u00e3o e massas, aumentam rapidamente os n\u00edveis de glic\u00e9mia no sangue. Por isso, prefira os hidratos de carbono integrais, que mant\u00eam os n\u00edveis de a\u00e7\u00facar no sangue equilibrados (atenuando assim a vontade de comer alimentos doces e ricos em gordura) e Coma doces na hora certa Evite consumi-los em jejum. \u201cO melhor momento para comer um doce \u00e9 sempre ap\u00f3s as refei\u00e7\u00f5es. E por estar saciado, provavelmente, vai comer em menor quantidade\u201d. 2. Fa\u00e7a boas escolhas Que tal escolher uma sobremesa saud\u00e1vel \u00e0 base de fruta? \u201cDoce de banana, compotas ou frutas em calda saciam a vontade por doces e ainda oferecem vitaminas, fibras e outros nutrientes para o organismo\u201d, sugere a nutricionista. Outra op\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00e3o os doces com frutos secos, j\u00e1 que as gorduras boas diminuem a velocidade de absor\u00e7\u00e3o do a\u00e7\u00facar, e as barras de prote\u00edna. \u201cNo entanto, se n\u00e3o abdica do chocolate, prefira as vers\u00f5es com mais cacau. O chocolate preto \u00e9 rico em antioxidantes, que ajudam a proteger a sa\u00fade do cora\u00e7\u00e3o, al\u00e9m de serem aliados da imunidade e da pele\u201d, explica. 3. Coma pequenas por\u00e7\u00f5es Comer doces em pequenas quantidades vai ajud\u00e1-lo a matar o desejo. Que tal dividi-lo com um amigo? Al\u00e9m disso, ingerindo esses alimentos de forma moderada diminui a probabilidade de vir a desenvolver uma compuls\u00e3o por a\u00e7\u00facar. 4. Evite ingerir hidratos de carbono simples Alimentos ricos em carboidratos simples, como p\u00e3o e massas, aumentam rapidamente os n\u00edveis de glic\u00e9mia no sangue. Por isso, prefira os hidratos de carbono integrais, que mant\u00eam os n\u00edveis de a\u00e7\u00facar no sangue equilibrados (atenuando assim a vontade de comer alimentos doces e ricos em gordura) e
