Ainda mais grave \u00e9 o sono de dura\u00e7\u00e3o igual ou superior a dez horas, a que se associa um aumento de tal risco em 30%.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Tais alertas s\u00e3o apontados atrav\u00e9s de um estudo avan\u00e7ado pela Universidade de Keele, em Inglaterra, que analisou uma amostra composta por mais de tr\u00eas milh\u00f5es de participantes, cujo sono foi monitorizado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Diz o Sur que uma dura\u00e7\u00e3o de sono de dez ou mais horas associa-se a 56% maior risco de mortalidade por ataque card\u00edaco e 49% de risco de sofrer alguma complica\u00e7\u00e3o card\u00edaca n\u00e3o fatal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Ap\u00f3s a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o, o referido grupo de cientistas uniu-se a outro, da Universidade de Manchester, para que se revisse 74 anteriores estudos que analisassem a associa\u00e7\u00e3o entre sono e problemas cardiovasculares. Tal an\u00e1lise permitiu acrescentar \u00e0s conclus\u00f5es do estudo que tamb\u00e9m a m\u00e1 qualidade do sono aumenta a probabilidade de risco card\u00edaco em 44%.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Tais informa\u00e7\u00f5es, segundo os autores do estudo, s\u00e3o relevantes no sentido de alertar para a import\u00e2ncia do sono que n\u00e3o se deve cingir ao seu limite m\u00ednimo, aspeto em que habitualmente se focam os estudos e alertas de especialistas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">A quantidade e qualidade do sono s\u00e3o aspetos complexos, referem, e depende de quest\u00f5es culturais, sociais, psicol\u00f3gicos, fisiol\u00f3gicos e ambientais.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: Tais alertas s\u00e3o apontados atrav\u00e9s de um estudo avan\u00e7ado pela Universidade de Keele, em Inglaterra, que analisou uma amostra composta por mais de tr\u00eas milh\u00f5es de participantes, cujo sono foi monitorizado. Diz o Sur que uma dura\u00e7\u00e3o de sono de dez ou mais horas associa-se a 56% maior risco de mortalidade por ataque card\u00edaco e 49% de risco de sofrer alguma complica\u00e7\u00e3o card\u00edaca n\u00e3o fatal. Ap\u00f3s a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o, o referido grupo de cientistas uniu-se a outro, da Universidade de Manchester, para que se revisse 74 anteriores estudos que analisassem a associa\u00e7\u00e3o entre sono e problemas cardiovasculares. Tal an\u00e1lise permitiu acrescentar \u00e0s conclus\u00f5es do estudo que tamb\u00e9m a m\u00e1 qualidade do sono aumenta a probabilidade de risco card\u00edaco em 44%. Tais informa\u00e7\u00f5es, segundo os autores do estudo, s\u00e3o relevantes no sentido de alertar para a import\u00e2ncia do sono que n\u00e3o se deve cingir ao seu limite m\u00ednimo, aspeto em que habitualmente se focam os estudos e alertas de especialistas. A quantidade e qualidade do sono s\u00e3o aspetos complexos, referem, e depende de quest\u00f5es culturais, sociais, psicol\u00f3gicos, fisiol\u00f3gicos e ambientais.<\/p>\n<br\/><div
