processo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">A maioria dos indiv\u00edduos ainda tende a comer mais ao jantar, por\u00e9m uma pesquisa publicada no American Journal of Clinical Nutrition detetou que consumir metade do total das calorias di\u00e1rias por volta do meio-dia, ao almo\u00e7o, ir\u00e1 ajud\u00e1-lo no combate aos quilos a mais.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Noutras palavras o almo\u00e7o deve ser maior e mais cal\u00f3rico do que o jantar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Os volunt\u00e1rios que comeram 50% da sua dose di\u00e1ria de calorias ao almo\u00e7o e consumiram apenas 20% ao jantar perderam em m\u00e9dia seis quilogramas, no per\u00edodo de 12 semanas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">J\u00e1 aqueles que cuja refei\u00e7\u00e3o mais farta foi ao jantar perderam apenas tr\u00eas quilogramas, no mesmo intervalo de tempo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Note-se que ambos os grupos ingeriram o mesmo n\u00famero di\u00e1rio de calorias.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Mais ainda, um outro estudo conduzido pela Universidade de Harvard, nos Estados Unidos, revelou as horas espec\u00edficas durante as quais deve ingerir as suas refei\u00e7\u00f5es se pretende perder peso mais eficazmente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">O pequeno-almo\u00e7o deve ser consumido antes das 09h \u2013 j\u00e1 que dados da institui\u00e7\u00e3o norte-americana National Weight Control Registry, demonstraram que quase 80% das pessoas que tinham perdido com sucesso mais de 12 quilos comiam o pequeno-almo\u00e7o a essa hora.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Dever\u00e1 ainda ingerir o Os volunt\u00e1rios que comeram 50% da sua dose di\u00e1ria de calorias ao almo\u00e7o e consumiram apenas 20% ao jantar perderam em m\u00e9dia seis quilogramas, no per\u00edodo de 12 semanas. J\u00e1 aqueles que cuja refei\u00e7\u00e3o mais farta foi ao jantar perderam apenas tr\u00eas quilogramas, no mesmo intervalo de tempo. Note-se que ambos os grupos ingeriram o mesmo n\u00famero di\u00e1rio de calorias. Mais ainda, um outro estudo conduzido pela Universidade de Harvard, nos Estados Unidos, revelou as horas espec\u00edficas durante as quais deve ingerir as suas refei\u00e7\u00f5es se pretende perder peso mais eficazmente. O pequeno-almo\u00e7o deve ser consumido antes das 09h \u2013 j\u00e1 que dados da institui\u00e7\u00e3o norte-americana National Weight Control Registry, demonstraram que quase 80% das pessoas que tinham perdido com sucesso mais de 12 quilos comiam o pequeno-almo\u00e7o a essa hora.
