Contudo, o aconselhamento de uma pr\u00e1tica de exerc\u00edcio f\u00edsico frequente \u00e9 t\u00e3o comum quanto o argumento de que n\u00e3o se tem tempo \u2013 das desculpas mais ouviras pelos personal trainers.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Segundo os especialistas, o ideal ser\u00e1 realizar, no m\u00ednimo, duas horas e meia de exerc\u00edcio moderado por semana, tempo que muitos alegam n\u00e3o ter. Mas se tiver um tempinho na hora de almo\u00e7o ou antes de entrar no trabalho, porque n\u00e3o aproveitar para um \u2018mini\u2019 treino.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">A contrariar esta ideia de que o pouco tempo impede a pr\u00e1tica de exerc\u00edcio f\u00edsico, o El Confidencial aponta os melhores exerc\u00edcios para quem quer perder peso, que duram apenas vinte minutos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">O treino intervalado de alta intensidade, por vezes apresentado como HIIT (do ingl\u00eas High Intensity Interval Training) \u00e9 ideal para quem tem pouco tempo j\u00e1 que pode praticar em casa, com o apoio de um v\u00eddeo. Consiste em exerc\u00edcios de alta intensidade, que contam com pouco tempo de descanso entre cada exerc\u00edcio. De praticar um circuito de treino de 10 minutos, em que descanse apenas um, dividido em per\u00edodos de 20 segundos, acredite que vai perder bastantes calorias em pouco tempo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Outros exerc\u00edcios apontados s\u00e3o os burpees ou salto \u00e0 corda. Trabalham v\u00e1rios m\u00fasculos e trabalham tanto a for\u00e7a como a resist\u00eancia. Do mesmo modo, a corrida \u00e9 um bom treino para perder peso: se tiver apenas 20 minutos para treinar, fa\u00e7a um treino de velocidade, em que corre pouco tempo mas de forma intensa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Em \u00faltima inst\u00e2ncia, se tiver um dia muito preenchido e n\u00e3o tiver forma de se equipar nem tempo para um duche, uma simples caminhada tamb\u00e9m conta como exerc\u00edcio f\u00edsico: v\u00e1 a p\u00e9 para o trabalho, opte pelas escadas em vez do elevador ou d\u00ea um passeio mais longo quando levar o seu c\u00e3o a passear.
