A press\u00e3o sente-se no trabalho, e na pr\u00f3pria vida pessoal, que leva a que se queira fazer v\u00e1rias coisas ao mesmo tempo e perder o m\u00ednimo de tempo poss\u00edvel.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">As cria\u00e7\u00f5es fazem por acompanhar este ritmo seja pelas conversas atrav\u00e9s do ecr\u00e3, para que n\u00e3o se \u2018perca tempo\u2019 ou casos t\u00e3o mais espec\u00edficos como m\u00e1quinas de lavar que se ligam atrav\u00e9s do telem\u00f3vel. O prop\u00f3sito \u00e9 o mesmo: n\u00e3o h\u00e1 tempo a perder, e h\u00e1 que ignorar quaisquer distra\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">O levar esta ideia ao extremo camufla as emo\u00e7\u00f5es que naturalmente sentimos (ou dev\u00edamos sentir). Como diz a Time, a nossa sociedade \u201cn\u00e3o aprende a lidar com as emo\u00e7\u00f5es, mas a bloque\u00e1-las e evit\u00e1-las\u201d, um atual problema que leva por vezes ao abuso de \u00e1lcool, drogas (que inclui medicamentos) ou ecr\u00e3s \u2013 sendo que a tecnologia \u00e9 tamb\u00e9m vista como o v\u00edcio usado para evitar o lado mais humano e emocional.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Este cen\u00e1rio, onde as emo\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00e3o anuladas, deve todavia ser contrariado, pelo bem da nossa sa\u00fade f\u00edsica e mental. Tais problemas foram explorados pela revista norte-americana que n\u00e3o se cinge \u00e0 import\u00e2ncia de nos abrirmos e expressarmos porque \u2018a comunica\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 importante\u2019. Em vez disso, explora problemas mais graves e menos conhecidos como a contra\u00e7\u00e3o muscular ou o conter da respira\u00e7\u00e3o: respostas biol\u00f3gicas \u00e0 n\u00e3o express\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">O n\u00e3o libertar emo\u00e7\u00f5es, a n\u00edvel verbal ou n\u00e3o, \u00e9 sentido pelo pr\u00f3prio organismo e pode resultar em problemas card\u00edacos, intestinais ou de imunidade.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">A maior dificuldade passa, comummente, pela ignor\u00e2ncia relativa ao tema: deixam-se levar pela exclus\u00e3o de emo\u00e7\u00f5es sem saber as suas consequ\u00eancias que, quando chegam, desconhece-se a origem e n\u00e3o se sabe como as tratar, j\u00e1 que as emo\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00e3o algo que n\u00e3o est\u00e1 ao alcance do nosso consciente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">A solu\u00e7\u00e3o passa pois por consciencializar para o problema e para a A press\u00e3o sente-se no trabalho, e na pr\u00f3pria vida pessoal, que leva a que se queira fazer v\u00e1rias coisas ao mesmo tempo e perder o m\u00ednimo de tempo poss\u00edvel. As cria\u00e7\u00f5es fazem por acompanhar este ritmo seja pelas conversas atrav\u00e9s do ecr\u00e3, para que n\u00e3o se \u2018perca tempo\u2019 ou casos t\u00e3o mais espec\u00edficos como m\u00e1quinas de lavar que se ligam atrav\u00e9s do telem\u00f3vel. O prop\u00f3sito \u00e9 o mesmo: n\u00e3o h\u00e1 tempo a perder, e h\u00e1 que ignorar quaisquer distra\u00e7\u00f5es. O levar esta ideia ao extremo camufla as emo\u00e7\u00f5es que naturalmente sentimos (ou dev\u00edamos sentir). Como diz a Time, a nossa sociedade \u201cn\u00e3o aprende a lidar com as emo\u00e7\u00f5es, mas a bloque\u00e1-las e evit\u00e1-las\u201d, um atual problema que leva por vezes ao abuso de \u00e1lcool, drogas (que inclui medicamentos) ou ecr\u00e3s \u2013 sendo que a tecnologia \u00e9 tamb\u00e9m vista como o v\u00edcio usado para evitar o lado mais humano e emocional. Este cen\u00e1rio, onde as emo\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00e3o anuladas, deve todavia ser contrariado, pelo bem da nossa sa\u00fade f\u00edsica e mental. Tais problemas foram explorados pela revista norte-americana que n\u00e3o se cinge \u00e0 import\u00e2ncia de nos abrirmos e expressarmos porque \u2018a comunica\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 importante\u2019. Em vez disso, explora problemas mais graves e menos conhecidos como a contra\u00e7\u00e3o muscular ou o conter da respira\u00e7\u00e3o: respostas biol\u00f3gicas \u00e0 n\u00e3o express\u00e3o. O n\u00e3o libertar emo\u00e7\u00f5es, a n\u00edvel verbal ou n\u00e3o, \u00e9 sentido pelo pr\u00f3prio organismo e pode resultar em problemas card\u00edacos, intestinais ou de imunidade. A maior dificuldade passa, comummente, pela ignor\u00e2ncia relativa ao tema: deixam-se levar pela exclus\u00e3o de emo\u00e7\u00f5es sem saber as suas consequ\u00eancias que, quando chegam, desconhece-se a origem e n\u00e3o se sabe como as tratar, j\u00e1 que as emo\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00e3o algo que n\u00e3o est\u00e1 ao alcance do nosso consciente.
