Contudo, h\u00e1 um lado mau em comer comida guardada que deve ser tido em conta para se diminuir os riscos de intoxica\u00e7\u00e3o alimentar \u2013 problema muito comum nos Estados Unidos, que contabiliza um milh\u00e3o de infetados por ano, como aponta a BBC.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Mas o problema n\u00e3o se cinge a esta zona sendo que, em qualquer caso, a comida guardada \u00e9 prop\u00edcia ao desenvolvimento de bact\u00e9rias que s\u00f3 n\u00e3o sobrevivem a altas temperaturas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Neste sentido, o primeiro passo ser\u00e1 mexer a comida para que aque\u00e7a uniformemente. Al\u00e9m disso, evite ao m\u00e1ximo aquecer a comida mais que uma vez, j\u00e1 que, cada vez que o faz, propicia a multiplica\u00e7\u00e3o de bact\u00e9rias.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Segundo a BBC, o arroz \u00e9 um dos alimentos sobre os quais esta regra n\u00e3o deve mesmo passar ao lado. A bact\u00e9ria Bacillus que se produz neste hidrato de carbono transmite toxinas que, quando ingeridas, levam a diarreia e v\u00f3mito. Mesmo que aque\u00e7a o arroz ao ponto de matar a bact\u00e9ria, as t\u00f3xinas continuam l\u00e1 presentes.
