E o problema surge na sala de muscula\u00e7\u00e3o, como explica o site Women\u2019s Health UK.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Quando treina, trabalha os m\u00fasculos, o que faz com que os vasos sangu\u00edneos dilatem \u2013 incluindo os do c\u00e9rebro. Se a press\u00e3o for demasiada, ou seja, se o treino for demasiado intenso, vai sentir dor de cabe\u00e7a. Al\u00e9m disso, como o plasma (parte l\u00edquida do sangue) \u00e9 maioritariamente composta por \u00e1gua, a desidrata\u00e7\u00e3o, que adv\u00e9m da falta de \u00e1gua ingerida durante o treino, pode piorar a dor que sente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Al\u00e9m de garantir um corpo hidratado, a revista aconselha a que, antes do treino de pesos, massaje a zona entre os ombros e pesco\u00e7o e aque\u00e7a-o ao girar a cabe\u00e7a algumas vezes \u2013 estes movimentos de aquecimento v\u00e3o diminuir a tens\u00e3o e prevenir a
